The objective of the Induction program is to welcome and orient new students to the campus environment, providing essential information about academic programs, policies, and procedures.
The program helps students develop skills and strategies for academic success, introduces them to campus resources and support services, and encourages socialization and connection with peers, faculty, and staff.
By promoting a sense of belonging and community, the induction program supports students’ transition to college-level work and independent learning, familiarizing them with college culture, values, and expectations.
The induction program was a huge success, thanks to the guidance and support of our Director, Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram whose leadership played a key role in making the event a memorable experience for all.
Rev. Fr. Dr. Sahaya Thaddedus graced the occasion with his esteemed presence, bringing a sense of dignity and joy to the celebration. In a heart warming gesture, he honoured the radiant stars of the show by distributing certificates to them, acknowledging their outstanding achievements.
Rev. Fr. Jibu Joseph, Assistant Director of TIMT, and Dr. Pooja Gaba, Principal, delivered an address to the students, imparting their wisdom and expertise. Their words of wisdom and guidance left a lasting impact on the students, equipping them with the knowledge and motivation needed to succeed

The induction program was expertly coordinated by Assistant Professors Deepika Sharma and Assistant Professors Rupali Walia, as they brought together a range of informative sessions, interactive activities, and inspiring speakers to welcome and orient new students.
