Highlights & Discussions
- •Meeting opened with a prayer by Asst. Prof. Meha Kapania and welcome by IQAC Chairperson Asst. Prof. Rupali.
- •Principal Dr. Puja Gaba shared academic achievements:
- -Google Classrooms created and 50% syllabus completed
- -Top results in Fashion Design and MLS departments
- -243-student feedback survey showed 95% followed lesson plans; 97% liked teaching methodology
- -Mentor-Mentee program launched with 14 groups
- -13 MSc students began research guidance; 7 faculty enrolled in MOOCs
- •Admission report by Asst. Prof. Sakshi included outreach and admission stats
- •Research report by Dr. Keshav covered FDPs, certifications, and webinars attended
- •Staff welfare report by Asst. Prof. Deepika highlighted PM Modi's stress session and infrastructure issues (now resolved)
Management Observations
- Chairpersons to supervise committees, coordinators to execute reports
- Short-term courses to start from 1st April 2025 (BCA, FD, and MLS have started)
- Staff Secretary acts as a liaison; not required to contact committee chairpersons directly
- New Extension & Sustainability Chairperson: Asst. Prof. Rishu
- Personal mentoring encouraged, including home visits
- Maintain proper alumni records; target 20 MOUs next session
- Publicize all activities via news and social media
- Focus on Admission, Research, and Extension
Action Taken Report
- •Asst. Prof. Rishu appointed as new Chairperson; briefed by IQAC next day
- •BCA, FD, and MLS departments began short-term courses
- •Asst. Prof. Aman Heer conducted mentoring visits for MSc students
- •Teachers' washrooms and drinking water cooler repaired
