Submission Process
- 1Departments submit alumni records semester-wise in prescribed format
- 2Immediate submission required for any new placement information
Unplaced Alumni Tracking
- 1Highlight alumni without placement data
- 2Compile and submit incomplete records to office
Degree Collection Verification
- 1Students with incomplete records must fill placement performa before degree collection
- 2Office forwards performa to committee within 3 days
MOU Management
MOU Execution Process
- 1Provide standardized MOU formats for all partnership types
- 2Coordinate legal formalities with management-appointed authority
- 3Maintain comprehensive MOU records
- 4Ensure at least one activity per semester with each MOU partner
