Overview
The library spans over 9800 sq. feet with seating for 70 users. It holds11,785+ books, journals, past papers, and a digital library with 6 internet-enabled computers.
The library is automated using the KOHA Integrated Library Management System (ILMS) to enhance cataloging, circulation, acquisitions, serials, and OPAC access. It helps with overdue alerts, fine tracking, and digital resource browsing.
With KOHA, patrons can search, reserve, and manage borrowing online, making it a robust tool for seamless library service delivery.

E-Library
An e-library is a digital platform providing access to e-books, e-journals, research papers, and multimedia content. Accessible anytime, it removes geographical barriers and transforms traditional libraries into global knowledge hubs.
Library Rules
- Open from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Silence must be maintained
- Mobiles must be on silent
- Return books on the last day of the academic session
- Arrange chairs and switch off lights before leaving
- Violation may result in losing membership
- Suggestions are welcome
- No material can be taken out without permission
- Magazines/newspapers must be read only in the library
- Non-members can use resources with librarian permission
Membership Rules
Faculty, scholars, and students may become members by submitting a form approved by the HOD or administrative order.
Late Return / Loss
- ₹1 per day fine for late returns
- Lost card? Report immediately and request a duplicate
- Lost book? Replace or pay double the cost
- Books may be renewed if no one else has requested them
