This comprehensive course aims to impart in-depth fundamental knowledge and develop professional competence in students about Indian cuisine. You'll explore the diverse culinary traditions across India's regions, from the rich curries of the North to the aromatic rice dishes of the South.

Through hands-on training, you'll master traditional cooking techniques, learn about essential Indian spices and ingredients, and understand the cultural significance behind various dishes. The course culminates in creating a portfolio of authentic Indian recipes.
